Dr. Charles Bierbrier is an accomplished entrepreneur, organizational leader, and management advisor with over 25 years of industry experience. As an entrepreneur he founded a highly acclaimed craft brewery, overseeing its global expansion, and successfully growing scaling a portfolio of premium brands of beer. His financial background, stemming from a prior career in the banking and investment management industry, solidifies him as a trusted resource for organizations seeking strategic direction.
Dr. Bierbrier served as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Concordia University reinforcing his reputation as a respected mentor and innovative thinker. He is distinguished lecturer and educator who has taught business courses at McGill University, Concordia University, and Dawson College.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University, a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.
A frequent speaker and author of Gen Z Goes to Work, Dr. Bierbrier has been featured in magazines, television, and radio programs discussing business, leadership, and the future of work.
